Product introduction :

This product uses tetrafluoroethylene-vinyl ether copolymer resin as the main raw material, and is grafted with nano-silicon groups during the production process. Inorganic ceramic pigments such as Dupont titanium dioxide and iron oxide red, as well as excellent additives such as BYK, are used to make coatings, which are combined with Bayer's curing agent products to form a film. The CF bond energy of the film-forming material of the coating is very high, and the ultraviolet energy is not easy to destroy its molecular bond structure, and the addition of nano-silicon groups provides its super-ultraviolet resistance, that is, weather resistance. After the tetrafluoroethylene-vinyl ether copolymer resin reacts with the curing agent to form a film, a three-dimensional network structure is formed microscopically. At the same time, the presence of nano-silicon makes the waterproof performance of the coating extremely excellent. The water vapor of the coating was tested after it was coated on the PET material. The transmittance is extremely low, which meets the requirements of electronic grade. Fluoro-silicon nano-coating has super weather resistance, super corrosion resistance, and super anti-moth function, so it can effectively protect the bamboo and wood itself. With strong decoration and rich colors, it can make the original rigid bamboo and wood structure vivid and full of vitality. High water vapor permeability, can effectively prevent wood deformation and mold growth. The service life can reach fifteen years.

Park landscape wood, wooden houses, garden floors, wooden doors and windows, garden furniture, wooden gazebos, wooden fences, wooden bridges, wooden boardwalks, house wooden tiles, wooden sculptures, flower stands, etc.

Substrate treatment :

The wood surface must be clean, free of oil, impurities, and dry (moisture content below 20%).

Construction method:

Construction times: Primer: 2-3 times.

                    Top coat: 2 times.

Coating method: spraying, brushing

Use time after mixing: 4 hours (25°C)

Cleaning solvent: Tianding Thinner

Reference coating amount: the first coating can be used for 8-10 square meters per liter; the second coating can be used for 10-12 square meters per liter.

Precautions:

1. In order to obtain the ideal construction effect in the later stage of construction, the primer and topcoat should be used in conjunction with each other.

2. The paint film of each construction should not be too thick, so as not to cause problems such as blistering, pinholes, and uneven gloss

3. The mixed paint should be used up within the specified time, and the remaining paint should not be poured back into the original paint.
